Simple See is simply awesome!!! As someone who has worked in customer service for more than 20 years, I greatly appreciate the outstanding customer service my family has received. Dr. Lewis is amazing. My oldest son had to come in for his first eye visit. Not knowing what to expect my son said he had an awesome time with Dr. Lewis. Dr. Cortez Lewis is now our family eye doctor.

Dr. Lewis and his staff were absolutely incredible. Not only was the office kid friendly (entertainment for the kids while you wait) but they had a nice assortment of frames to choose from. Simply See takes the guess work out of purchasing a pair of frames by having signage around to help you navigate your options. Our experience with the office was seamless from beginning to end. Can’t wait for the frames to come in. Oh and the decor was spot on too. Very modern and clean. A+++

I'll start out with I have never left an eye appointment with such satisfaction and feeling like I enjoyed a doctor's appointment. The staff is all very friendly, happy, and enjoyable to talk to. The office was clean, comfortable and neat. If you're worried about covid, they were safe. The doctor was so knowledgeable! He was also friendly, took his time with me, and explained everything really well. He was honest about pricing, broke everything down for me and gave me options. I don't believe I will ever go to another eye doctor! I would find it hard for anyone to find a fault with this place with how I was treated. I highly suggest giving them a try!

We have had great experiences with Dr. Lewis! My 6 year old needed glasses and was nervous about his first visit to the optometrist. Dr. Lewis was so kind and patient with him and explained everything he was going to do with my son. He was extremely thorough and handled my anxious boy with lots of care. He also explained to me the process of what he was doing. I was highly impressed with the level of excellence and care our family received. Our son was so excited to pick out his first pair of glasses and is looking forward to his next visit with Dr. Lewis.

Dr. Cortez saw my wife and I for our most recent annual check up. He was patient, friendly, and very thorough. He was also able to answer any questions we had with ease. We are very satisfied with our experience, and will be visiting Simply- See from now on for all our eye needs!

My 8 year old son kept telling me he could not see the board in his classroom. I decided to search for an optometrist. I found Dr. Lewis with Simply See online and decided to call. All of my questions were answered and I made the appointment. It was the best thing I could have done for my son. Once we arrived, the staff greeted us using all of covid protocols and was extremely friendly. The place was super clean and beautiful. My son had a comprehensive eye examination. I was pleased with how Dr. Lewis was so patient and thorough during the whole process.Needless to say, my son has his first pair of glasses and he can see the board perfectly now and he is much happier. We are so grateful to Simply See and would definitely recommend them. I myself will be scheduling my appointment very soon .

Awesome service and very friendly staff. Dr. Lewis the eye doctor was just outstanding. He took his time with me and answered all of my questions. He explained all the tests I took and all my results. I left there with true understanding of my vision. By far the best experience I ever had with an eye doctor. Dr. Lewis will be my forever doctor.

Dr. Lewis hands down is the BEST Optometrist I’ve visited. I trust my eye health under his care is thorough and he always has my best interest. He has AWESOME bedside manners and takes the time to explain my eye health to where I can understand. I recommend Dr. Lewis you will NOT be disappointed.

my children seen Dr Lewis today Absolutely fantastic experience. Dr Lewis And his office was so kind and thorough and most importantly, patient with my 4 year old. he explained everything every step of the way ! they sanitized everything prior to us arriving, so I felt comfortable letting my kids play with the toys in the very comfortable office. If you are a parent, you get it. No one wants to let their kids touch the toys at the dr, but they always want to. It was a huge relief knowing they were cleaned thoroughly between patients. I went to Dr Lewis for an eye examination and had some concerns regarding my vision. Dr Lewis took the time to listen to my concerns and give a thorough examination and explanation regarding the health of my eyes. His expertise and care are top level. I often recommend anyone needing vision care to Dr Lewis!

I have been wearing glasses for over 10 years now, and my experience at Simply See was undoubtedly the best I've ever had. I was greeted right when I entered the office, and the employees were so kind and welcoming during the entirety of my visit. The check in process was smooth, and the wait time was incredibly short. The exam itself was done very thoroughly, and after choosing my glasses, Dr. Lewis took the time to carefully explain everything to me so that there were no surprises.
